Responsibilities

As BDM you'll identify, pursue, and secure growth opportunities for Corporate Accounts (B2B). You'll be the expert in sales at the hotel and partner closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure that we're on a pathway to achieve our strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will require you to:
Drive direct corporate sales (B2B) to increase production and generate new corporate relationships
Navigate and secure opportunities associated with major projects and institutions
Cold-call, knock on doors, generate new leads & develop a strong corporate pipeline
Increase brand awareness by improving current relationships & build strong relationships with new clients
Conduct site inspections, client visits, attend industry events & work with a team-orientated approach
Develop and implement sales plans and develop a targeted approach to grow our business to exceed targets
