Your vibe? Part hospitality guru, part sales dynamo, part relationship whisperer.
This role isn’t just about taking bookings – it’s about owning the entire guest experience from the very first click to the final goodbye. As GRE, you’ll be the face, voice, and energy behind our guest engagement, especially our all-important corporate travellers.
You’ll be the master of lead-gen, the negotiator of dreams, the CRM hero – and when things get busy at the front desk? You’re cool, calm and right there with a helping hand.
You don’t just follow up – you follow through. You don’t just build relationships – you build loyalty. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our occupancy success and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Be Rocking On The Daily:
• Owning and smashing our rooms & conferencing sales strategy
• Building and nurturing corporate relationships like a boss
• Finding and converting hot leads (hello, new business!)
• Quoting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with style
• Handling reservations with accuracy and a personal touch
• Collaborating with front office to wow VIPs and group guests
• Staying sharp with sales reports, CRM updates & data integrity
